Bicentenary Stories

  • Col JP Cross was born in Britain in 1925. He joined the British Army in 1943 and first came to Nepal in 1947. He served in various locations, and eventually retired after 39 years. He spent the final years of his military service in Pokhara, Nepal, and decided to stay. He became a Nepali citizen in 2015.
